Whipped Spicy Feta Dip

Ground black pepper to taste

Strained juice of 1/2 a lemon

Hot sauce

Mash peppers and oregano in a food processor.

Add feta and process until smooth, adding olive oil as needed. Add lemon juice in increments, tasting after each addition.

Adjust heat level with black pepper and hot sauce if desired.
