Spring to Summer Smoothie
HELPFUL TIP:
Do you own a smoothie maker or are you using a good old-fashioned blender instead?
A smoothie maker is quite handy because it’s easier to clean, takes up less space but usually is less powerful than blenders.
The latter is larger and can be used for a variety of everyday kitchen tasks like pureeing vegetables and making veloute soups.

chilled hulled strawberries or frozen strawberries

fresh or frozen peaches

blueberries
preferably organic

heaping Tbsp almond butter

almond or oat milk

coconut milk

drops almond extract

In a blender, add ingredients in the order they are listed. Purée ingredients until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass with ice and serve.
