Cook the ground meat in a pan with olive oil until browned. Add onion and garlic, then stir in most of the canned tomatoes. Simmer until thickened.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix with butter and some of the canned tomatoes.

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, feta, and anthotyro for the cheese layer.

Assemble the dish by layering pasta, cheese mixture, and meat sauce in a baking dish. Top with kasseri and haloumi cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
