Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for a minute or two, then strain and transfer to a platter lined with paper towels.

Sprinkle the baking sheet with a thin layer of halloumi cheese. Arrange broccoli florets on top, leaving space to mash them. Smash gently using a small glass.

Sprinkle tops with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and broccoli is crispy.

Prepare the dip by whisking together yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, mint, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using). Taste and adjust as needed.
