Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 4 cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt optional, for cooling effect
  • 1-2 teaspoons red chili flakes adjust to desired heat level

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

  3. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
