- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 4 cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt optional, for cooling effect
- 1-2 teaspoons red chili flakes adjust to desired heat level
