EASY, SPICY GREEK YOGURT DIP
Everyone loves an easy dip and Greek yogurt makes a great base for almost any flavors. You can spice this up your way and add as much heat as you like. I love the combination of sweetness and spice in this Greek recipe for an easy dip because it speaks to the simplicity of great flavors together and the irresistible combinations of ingredients that are always part of the Mediterranean diet. Enjoy this with homemade kale chips or pita chips!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin Greek olive oil
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of cayenne powder
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Pinch of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons petimezi
- 1 tablespoon Greek honey
- Greek sea salt to taste
Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine everything and whisk or mix well with a spoon, fork, or spatula. Serve in a smaller bowl with homemade kale or pita chips.
