Ingredients
- 2 Bananas sliced plus more for garnish
- 1 apple roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Medjool date pitted
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats oatmeal or granola, to garnish
- 2 Tbsp almonds roughly chopped, to garnish
- 2 tsp pine honey to garnish

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
