Ingredients
- Fresh strained juice of 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup extra virgin Greek olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Greek honey preferably Ikaria Pine Honey, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine Ingredients: Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
