Kiwi blueberry smoothie
BLUEBERRY AND KIWI NUTRITION FACTS: Blueberries are a good source of fiber, a good source of Vitamin C, and contain various vitamins and minerals. They have the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits and vegetables. Flavonoids appear to be the berries’ antioxidant with the most significant effect.
Kiwis are remarkably high in vitamin C, an effective antioxidant in the body, protecting cells against oxidative destruction. It’s also involved in immune function; it’s necessary for your body to make collagen and neurotransmitters. Furthermore, kiwis contain potassium, copper, vitamin K, folate, and vitamin E. Kiwis are low in calories, protein, and fat and are a good source of fiber.
Ingredients
- 2 kiwis
- 5 oz blueberries ½ cup reserved as decoration
- 4 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp or more if desired raw Greek honey
- 2 mint leaves
Instructions

Peel and roughly chop the kiwi. Place in a blender or food processor with the blueberries, yogurt, honey, mint, and blitz until smooth.

Taste, add more honey accordingly, and serve decorated with the reserved blueberries.
